My conditions – in short

Allowing yourself room for personal development is an investment for a more satisfied, balanced life. My scientifically based methods are designed to achieve resilient results as efficiently as possible. In many cases, the set goals are achieved after a limited number of sessions.

I would be happy to discuss the expected time and cost expenditure with you before we begin our collaboration. Please take your time to decide. My prices are currently valid until 31.12.2023.

Initial consulation

The initial consultation is important and lasts 50 minutes. We get to know each other and get an idea of your concerns and the goals of our cooperation. On this basis, we will discuss how to proceed together: Psychotherapy or coaching, duration, costs and of course any questions and wishes you may have.

Individual sessions

The initial consultation as well as all individual sessions are always held in the practice. Please follow the rules of the hygiene concept. Depending on your concerns and indication, it is also possible to conduct individual conversations via video call (zoom, facetime). I will be happy to talk about details with you in person.

Confidentiality

As a Heilpraktiker of Psychotherapy and Coach, I am obliged according to § 203, paragraph 1 StGB (German Criminal Code) to maintain silence about all contents entrusted to me in the course of my professional activity and which have become known to me. The confidentiality also applies to family members. The obligation of confidentially only ceases to apply with your permission.

Cancellation of appointments

I consider cancellations up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment to ensure reliable planning in my practice. In case of short-term cancellations or no-shows, 50% of the fee for the cancelled session is due.

Payment

Individual sessions are usually paid for directly after the session by EC card. Alternatively, the fee for a pre-determined number of sessions can be paid after receipt of the invoice. All Invoices for sessions according to the Heilpraktikergesetz are issued without VAT. Invoices for coaching sessions are issued with VAT. In many cases these costs can be claimed against tax.

Coverage of costs

Statutory health insurance companies do not generally cover the costs of an alternative practitioner for psychotherapy, or only in exceptional cases: If no other therapy place is available and you receive the necessary permission from your insurance company. For detailed information it is best to contact your health insurance company.

Special conditions

It is important to me that people with a lower income can also have access to a session. Therefore I offer sessions for 2 clients per week for 50 Euro (50 min.) or 60 Euro (80 min.). However, these sessions are not freely selectable and usually take place at lunchtime.
