The focus of our cooperation is then on strengthening your resilience. This means increasing your personal resilience and ability to function under pressure in the long term, so that you do not have to be so vulnerable. In a structured process, you learn to strengthen your awareness of your personal resources – even those long forgotten. You can then develop and use these resources proactively.

Then our first step is to stabilise and structure your psychological condition by analysing your individual problem in the context of a short-term therapy. The decisive factor is to integrate the insights gained into your own life reality and to restore your individual ability to act.

In a protected environment we also look at personal imprints and recurring patterns that stand in your way. Together we develop solutions to overcome such barriers. This process is healing and can be an important part of your personal development.

About me

Opening up a protected space for people’s personal development is one of my main concerns. Because time and again I experience how much change and growth is possible even in times of crisis. I consider it a privilege to be able to support my clients in this process.

Through my training in resource-based psychotherapy and as a systemic personal & business coach, among other things, I have a broad spectrum of scientifically recognized methods, techniques and interventions at my disposal, so that I can respond to you and your needs individually and constructively. Always at eye level and in cooperation with you.

With my own history and over 25 years of experience in companies, I am also an experienced contact person for the various challenges of today’s private and professional environment.

Initial consulation

The initial consultation is important and lasts 50 minutes. We get to know each other and get an idea of your concerns and the goals of our cooperation. On this basis, we will discuss how to proceed together: Psychotherapy or coaching, duration, costs and of course any questions and wishes you may have.

Individual session

Depending on your needs and agreement, therapy sessions can last 50 or 80 minutes. Coaching sessions always last 80 minutes due to the interventions carried out. You decide on the frequency – whether once a week, once a month, once a year or according to current needs.

Short term therapy

Specific psychological complaints such as depressive moods, anxiety states or intense reactions to stressful life events require regular conversations, often at weekly intervals. In most cases – and depending on the depth and constellation of the problem – the first improvement of symptoms occurs after 5 – 10 sessions.

Hypnotherapy

States of relaxation can be easily created with the oldest healing method in the world, and trance induction also allows contact with the subconscious in a gentle way. This can be helpful to make use of hidden potentials and possibilities in harmony with oneself.

Coaching Program

Personal development goals require a focused approach in order to effectively anchor new options for action and enable concrete change. We develop them step by step together in our coaching sessions. As a rule, 3 – 5 coaching sessions of 80 minutes each ensure reliable results.

Personal workshop

A personal development space around a central theme is the best option for achieving relevant results in the shortest possible time and developing detailed options for action. The total package includes 60 minutes of preliminary discussion, 180 minutes of workshop and 60 minutes of debriefing with written analysis and strategy recommendation.

My conditions

Allowing yourself room for personal development is an investment for a more satisfied, balanced life. My scientifically based methods are designed to achieve resilient results as efficiently as possible. In many cases, the set goals are achieved after a limited number of sessions.

I would be happy to discuss the expected time and cost expenditure with you before we begin our collaboration. Please take your time to decide, my offers for opening a practice are valid until the end of 2020.
